  • Decorations:
    Nailing, pinning, sticking (including double-sided tape), or any form of adhesive is strictly prohibited. Only tying arrangements are allowed for decorations or fixtures.
  • Food & Beverages:
    Outside snacks or food items are not permitted on the premises.
  • Time Slot Adherence:
    The event must be completed within the allotted time slot as per the booking. No extensions will be allowed.
  • Vacating the Premises:
    All attendees must vacate the hall and the entire compound by the end of the booked time slot.
  • Posters & Advertisements:
    Posters and advertisements may only be displayed in designated areas as approved by the management.
  • Seating Arrangements:
    No additional chairs are allowed in the auditorium beyond the existing seating arrangement.
  • Police Intimation/Permission:
    A police intimation letter (with acknowledgement) or police permission must be obtained and submitted at least 4 days prior to the event.
  • No Refund Clause:
    No refunds will be provided in the event of air conditioner (A.C.) or generator failure.
  • Lights:
    Additional lights and sound are available at an extra charge. Bringing external lighting equipment into the hall is strictly prohibited. All lighting must be coordinated with in-house technical support

Content Responsibility & Liability Waiver

The performer is solely responsible for the content of their performance. This includes, but is not limited to:
Any offensive, obscene, defamatory, or unlawful material;
Unauthorized use of copyrighted content;
Acts that may be deemed inappropriate, controversial, or legally questionable.

The performer must assume full legal and reputational responsibility for their performance and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the venue, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, penalties, legal actions, or damages arising from their content or conduct on stage.
