- No nailing, pinning, double sided tape and sticking is allowed. Only tying arrangement to be done.
- Outside snacks not permitted.
- Programme should be completed within the specific time slot for the session booked.
- All attendees should vacate the Hall premises and the compound by the conclusion of the slot booked .
- Display of poster or advertisement only at specific places.
- No extra chairs permitted in the auditorium.
- Police permission to be obtained & shown 4 days before the programme.
- No refund if breakdown in A.C. OR GENERATOR.
