No nailing, pinning, double sided tape and sticking is allowed. Only tying arrangement to be done. 

Outside snacks not permitted.

Programme should be completed within the specific time slot for the session booked.

All attendees should vacate the Hall premises and the compound by the conclusion of the slot booked .

Display of poster or advertisement only at  specific places.

No extra chairs permitted in the auditorium.

Police permission to be obtained and shown 4 days before the programme.

No refund if breakdown in A.C. OR GENERATOR.
